Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Real Estate Sales Manager, based in Taguig with the flexibility to work from home. The role entails managing and leading sales teams to achieve targets, establishing and developing client relationships, strategizing and executing sales initiatives, and overseeing the successful selling of ARTHALAND's real estate properties. The Senior Real Estate Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying market opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate and Sales, with prior experience in the industry.
  • Current and valid Real Estate License in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Real Property market trends and opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing teams and meeting sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
