Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Advisor specializing in Office Development, located in Taguig. The Senior Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for providing expertise in real estate and property transactions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and identifying market trends. The role also involves training and mentoring junior team members and assisting clients with negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and the real estate market landscape
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and client relationship management
• Demonstrated expertise in Negotiation strategies and skills
• Experience in conducting Training sessions and developing junior team members
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferable
• Previous experience handling office development projects is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
