We are seeking a Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer to lead research, product development, laboratory testing, process improvement, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will support technical validation, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Qualifications
Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer
35 years of experience in R&D, laboratory operations, product development, or process engineering
Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial industries preferred
Experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial sectors is required
Knowledge of laboratory testing, technical analysis, and ISO standards is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product research, testing, and development
Supervise laboratory testing and validation activities
Recommend process and product improvements
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Prepare technical reports and support innovation projects
