Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Tsoy Limited is a UK property development company specialising in residential and commercial developments. We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

This is a senior construction and property development role combining Quantity Surveying, project management, cost control and coordination of multiple UK development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial development projects from planning through to completion

• Prepare budgets, cost plans and schedules of works

• Monitor budget vs actual costs and report on variances

• Prepare valuations and funding drawdown submissions

• Source and negotiate quotations from contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers

• Monitor project programmes, progress, risks and deadlines

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders

• Assist with UK Planning and Building Control requirements

• Review and resolve construction and technical issues

• Prepare and maintain project reports, budgets and documentation

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Support and oversee junior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers where required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in construction or property development

• Strong background in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Strong budgeting, estimating and cost-control experience

• Proven experience managing multiple residential and/or commercial construction projects

• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment

• Experience with UK construction, Planning and Building Control is highly desirable

• Experience preparing funding drawdowns and valuations is an advantage

• Senior or team leadership experience is preferred
