Takes-off quantities and defines the list of materials needed to build the installations. Generates purchase requests accordingly. Evaluates technically financially the offers received from Procurement team and provides technical advice prior purchase.
Conducts visit to building sites to monitor consumption of materials in close coordination with the PM. Proceeds to on-site take-off whenever required. Surveys existing installations/sites and provides report (Site Assessment Report).
Produces BOM/BOQ with bare cost as per company data base and reports to QS Manager
May perform other duties as necessary or assigned
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
