About the Role:
We are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be involved in commercial, and procurement aspects of our luxury residential projects on a virtual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Draft and manage contracts, subcontracts, and contractual correspondence.
- Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and contractor agreements.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
- Apply digital tools, process, Excel, and AI systems to improve QS processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years QS experience, ideally within luxury residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, tendering, procurement, and budget management.
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
- Excellent Excel and data management skills.
- Confident communicator and negotiator.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to think through problems clearly
- Experience using Procore or other similar tools is advantageous
