- Claims Management: Proven ability to identify, substantiate, and prepare complex claims, including Variations, Extensions of Time (EOTs), and Latent Conditions.
- Dispute Resolution: Demonstrated track record in navigating formal and informal dispute processes, including mediation, expert determination, or adjudication.
- Risk Mitigation: Skilled in identifying commercial risks at the post-contract stage and implementing strategies to minimize potential litigation.
- Communication: Highly developed negotiation and report-writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex contractual positions to stakeholders and legal representatives.
- Professional Background: Significant experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects where rigorous commercial control was a priority.
