Description
We are seeking a
Senior Quality Test Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions. You'll lead test planning, execution, and reporting across functional and non-functional domains, while also supporting knowledge sharing, process improvements, and capability development within the QA function.

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management (KNOW Level 4)- Maintain and enhance QA documentation, best practices, and reusable assets.
- Share lessons learned and automation frameworks across teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge retention.
Learning Delivery (ETDL Level 4)- Deliver training sessions to enable adoption of new tools and practices.
- Support onboarding and skill development for new testers.
Learning Design & Development (TMCR Level 3)- Contribute to designing training content and instructional materials.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Methods & Tools (METL Level 4)- Identify and implement testing methodologies and tools.
- Align testing with organisational standards and industry best practices.
- Promote automation, performance, and security testing tools.
Non-functional Testing (NFTS Level 4)- Design, execute, and report on performance, security, reliability, and usability tests.
- Select and apply tools such as JMeter, OWASP ZAP, and Lighthouse.
- Analyse results and recommend improvements.
Quality Assurance (QUAS Level 3)- Apply QA standards and contribute to process improvements.
- Escalate issues and ensure product integrity.
Software Design (SWDN Level 2)- Review designs for testability and potential quality risks.
- Collaborate with developers to support robust design practices.
Testing (TEST Level 4)- Plan, design, and execute functional and regression test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites (API, UI, integrations).
- Analyse defects and drive resolution with development teams.
User Acceptance Testing (BPTS Level 4)- Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
- Ensure scenarios reflect critical business processes.
- Capture and track feedback to resolution.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Testing/ QA experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
