We are seeking two experienced Senior Quality Engineers based in the Philippines to support a major client operating within the healthcare sector.

This is a hands-on role for Quality Engineers who can move confidently between high-quality functional testing and building robust automation solutions. You will work within a Salesforce environment—including Salesforce Health Cloud—and help assure quality across business processes, integrations and end-to-end customer journeys.

What you'll be doing

• Review requirements, business processes and solution designs
• Develop test approaches, scenarios and detailed test cases
• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing
• Identify the right testing opportunities for automation
• Design, develop and maintain scalable automated test suites
• Build reusable, maintainable and efficient automation components
• Contribute to automation frameworks, standards and best practices
• Execute manual and automated tests and analyse the results
• Investigate defects and collaborate with developers through resolution
• Test integrations between Salesforce and other applications and services
• Improve test coverage, delivery efficiency and overall product quality

What we're looking for

• Strong software testing and Quality Engineering experience
• Significant hands-on test automation experience
• Proven ability to build automated tests from design through to implementation
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, maintainability and reusability
• Sound judgement about what should—and should not—be automated
• Strong functional test analysis, design, execution and defect-management capability
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications
• Strong integration and API testing experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Availability to work remotely during Australian business hours

Highly desirable

• Provar test automation experience
• Salesforce Health Cloud experience
• Experience within healthcare or hospital environments
• Salesforce integration testing
• Healthcare-system integration experience
• API and end-to-end integration automation
• Playwright or another modern automation framework

Direct Provar experience is preferred but not essential. We also welcome strong Salesforce automation engineers who have the technical foundation to learn Provar quickly.
