About the Role
The role involves ensuring that processes and products comply with set standards, executing quality audits, and analyzing defect trends to maintain high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that process and product complies with the set standards for the company to be able to ship high quality of product.
- Execute periodic quality audit to verify compliance of each process or function in accordance to quality system standards.
- Check defect mode per non-conforming lot and request proper Failure Analysis to provide proper lot treatment and prevent outflow of defective products to Customer.
- Analyze defect trend based on Non-Conformance Report data.
- Escalate detection of high risk defect mode, spearhead activities to reduce defect occurrence, and monitor improvement implementation progress.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any Engineering Course.
- With at least4 years of relevant experience or have background in Quality Control / Assurance in a manufacturing set-up.
Required Skills
- With knowledge on different QC functions.
- Able to gather relevant information and proceed analysis in order to provide reasonable judgement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in executing quality audits.
- Strong analytical skills to assess defect trends.
