Quality Engineering Lead

Summary
Guide a team of quality engineers in planning and integrating various disciplines to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Coordinate across teams, develop and implement effective testing strategies, and oversee KPIs and issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME); collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness
Professional & Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Katalon Studio and/or Playwright
- Good to have: Experience with Automated Testing
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in quality processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing
