The Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience
in both manual and automated testing to help drive quality across our platform. The candidate will works closely with US-based leadership, product, and engineering, helping ensure that all features meet high standards before reaching production. You will play a key role in shaping QA practices while also contributing directly through hands-on testing and automation.
Your Responsibilities- Hands-On Testing & Automation
- Perform manual testing of web applications to validate functionality and user experience
- Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage (UI and/or API)
- Validate new features, bug fixes, and enhancements before release
- Contribute to regression testing and release readiness
- Quality Ownership
- Help ensure all work meets production-quality standards before release
- Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively address them
- Raise issues early and clearly, with actionable details
- Take ownership of overall product quality, not just test execution
- Comfortable reviewing work across teams and helping ensure consistent quality standards
- Process & Improvement
- Help improve QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Work with engineering to ensure testability of features
- Support integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
- Contribute to a more efficient and scalable QA approach over time
- Collaboration
- Work closely with US-based leadership and product team (with time overlap)
- Collaborate with a distributed engineering team to ensure quality outcomes
- Communicate clearly on bugs, risks, and release readiness
- Provide thoughtful feedback to developers to improve overall quality
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of QA experience (manual + automation)
- Strong experience with modern automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
- Experience testing web applications (frontend + backend/API)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Actively uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in daily work
- Comfortable generating test cases, debugging issues, and enhancing automation with AI
- Interested in evolving QA practices using modern tools and approaches
