We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with 5–8 years of professional software development experience, strong hands-on expertise in Python scripting, and exposure to or experience in building AI Agents.
The ideal candidate combines solid Python engineering fundamentals with an understanding of modern AI and agentic application development. This role is suited for a developer who can contribute hands-on to building, integrating, and enhancing AI-powered solutions rather than focusing solely on traditional Python scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and automation solutions using Python.
- Develop Python scripts and services to automate business and technical processes.
- Contribute to the design and development of AI Agents and agentic workflows.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, tools, and enterprise systems into Python-based applications.
- Develop workflows that enable AI Agents to interact with tools, data sources, APIs, and business processes.
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation utilities using Python.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of Python and AI-based solutions.
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions related to AI adoption and automation.
- Apply appropriate software engineering practices around testing, version control, documentation, security, and deployment.
- Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and agentic application development.
