Senior Python Developer
Must Have Skills
. Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
. Pydantic AI or similar agent frameworks
. LLM integration and AI-powered application development
. RAG: document processing, chunking, vector/hybrid search, retrieval optimization
. Backend development: REST APIs, databases, architecture
. Cloud (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD
. AI testing and evaluation (validating outputs, reliability)
. AWS (Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, EKS)
Nice to Have Skills
. AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude)
. Security: secure database access, authorization, AI safeguards
. Observability for AI systems (e.g., Logfire)
. Agile/Scrum
. Design, build, and maintain AI-powered apps with Python and LLMs
Responsibilities
. Build and maintain AI agents with Pydantic AI or similar
. Establish AI agent safeguards: secure agents and tools, safe model interactions, controlled database access, query validation, authorization enforcement
. Validate, test, and monitor AI-generated actions and outputs before production
. Monitor deployed agents for accuracy, latency, cost, and failures
