Role Description
The Senior PR Consultant will lead the overall VIP-focused public relations strategy, driving brand positioning, media presence, and high-value relationship management. This role is responsible for shaping the narrative of the High-End business, managing premium communications, and building strong networks across media, partners, and key stakeholders.
The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong PR writing capability, and high-level relationship management, with direct impact on brand perception and engagement.
Qualifications :
PR Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the overall PR and communication strategy for High-end operations
- Develop clear brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and media positioning aligned with business objectives
- Lead planning and execution of PR campaigns, announcements, and strategic communications
- Act as the key decision-maker for project PR outputs and communications
Content & Media Management
- Oversee and ensure high-quality production of press releases, PR articles, interviews, and brand stories
- Personally handle or review critical PR materials for tone, accuracy, and strategic alignment
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies to secure coverage opportunities
Project Branding & High-End Engagement
- Lead PR support for High-End events, private gatherings, and exclusive experiences
- Shape storytelling and visibility strategies for high-value players and premium brand positioning
- Ensure assigned Project-facing communication reflects a luxury, exclusive, and premium brand image
Relationship & Network Building (Key Focus)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties, KOLs, and high-value external stakeholders
- Represent the company in high-level networking, business engagements, and social settings
- Leverage personal and professional networks to create strategic PR and partnership opportunities
Reputation & Crisis Management
- Monitor brand sentiment, media coverage, and industry trends
- Lead handling of PR risks, sensitive issues, and crisis communications
- Establish proactive measures to protect and enhance brand reputation
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Events, and Leadership teams to align communication strategies
- Provide strategic input into broader marketing and Project engagement initiatives
