Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Specialist based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Senior Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing, selling, or renting residential and commercial real estate properties. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, presenting property options, negotiating sales, promoting properties through various marketing efforts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively
• Expertise in Residential Real Estate to assist clients in navigating market options
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple clients and transactions
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, results-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus or 72 units in college
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or property sales is an advantage
