Job Description

About this Position The role focuses on supporting project execution, including requirements gathering, workbook completion and validation, testing (UAT and parallel), cutover preparation, and training coordination. The position works closely with global project teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent delivery aligned with defined standards and timelines.

What You´ll Do

  • The role needs to: Project Implementation Support (50%) - Assist in end-to-end implementation activities across assigned countries/projects, support requirements gathering sessions with local HR and stakeholders ,Assist in documenting, tracking, and clarifying business requirements
  • Support completion and validation of implementation workbooks/templates
  • Follow up on open items, action logs, and dependencies to support timely completion
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation (e.g., trackers, RAID logs, status updates)
  • Testing & Validation Support (25%) ,Support preparation and execution of testing cycles: Unit testing (as required), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel testing, Post Payroll Testing (Penny & GL), assist in validating test scenarios, results, and defect tracking
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution during testing Support validation of system outputs against expected results
  • Cutover & Go-Live Support (15%) - Assist in cutover planning and execution activities and support validation of data and system readiness prior to go-live
  • Help track completion of cutover checklists and required signoffs
  • Provide support during go-live and Hypercare phases Training & Knowledge Sharing Support (10%)
  • Support customization of training materials based on country needs (as required) and contribute to sharing of best practices and lessons learned from previous implementations

What makes you a good fit

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years experience in project coordination, HR operations, or system implementation support
  • Project Management HR, WFM and Payroll Knowledge.
  • Technical Aptitude Testing and Conversion Interface
  • Self-Starter Experience with BPO/Shared Service, Sig Sigma Certified Payroll & HR Certifications Experience using AI tools for CI
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and shared services operations
  • Good communication and coordination skills, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
