Responsibilities
- Manage top-tier developer and contractor accounts.
- Lead end-to-end engagement: proposals, negotiation, closing, and coordination.
- Represent the company in bid meetings, client reviews, and major project rollouts.
- Strategically grow key accounts and identify upcoming large-scale opportunities.
- Coach junior team members when neededed
Qualifications
- Qualification: 6-10 Years Work Experience in the Construction Industry;
- Knowledge in CRM;
- Experience in Project Sales / B2B clients;
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
