Job Description

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their project needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. Must be a team player!

Responsibilities
  • Manage top-tier developer and contractor accounts.
  • Lead end-to-end engagement: proposals, negotiation, closing, and coordination.
  • Represent the company in bid meetings, client reviews, and major project rollouts.
  • Strategically grow key accounts and identify upcoming large-scale opportunities.
  • Coach junior team members when neededed

Qualifications
  • Qualification: 6-10 Years Work Experience in the Construction Industry;
  • Knowledge in CRM;
  • Experience in Project Sales / B2B clients;
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

Monday to Friday; Hybrid
