• Establishing governance and driving accountability across functions.
• Effective management of milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Leading complex, cross-functional business transformations.
• Managing large-scale regional programs.

Required Skills

• Strong project and program management experience.
• Governance and stakeholder management: Ability to establish governance structures and drive accountability across multiple functions.
• Milestone and dependency management: Skilled in tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and resolving issues.
• Business transformation experience: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Regional program management: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale regional programs, ideally across multiple markets in Metro Asia.
• Cross-functional leadership: Ability to coordinate Supply Chain and other functions toward end-to-end execution.
• Change/project delivery: Experience ensuring seamless, timely implementation of complex transitions such as Legal Entity Name Changes (LENC) and SKU transitions.
