YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you will:

▪ Lead end-to-end software project delivery, from initiation to implementation and closure

▪ Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change control

▪ Coordinate engineering, QA, product, operations, and customer success teams

▪ Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables

▪ Drive customer engagement, contracting, negotiations, and stakeholder alignment

▪ Lead project governance, status reporting, and Steering Committee updates

▪ Monitor delivery performance, budget, P&L, and customer NPS

▪ Champion continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

5+ years of experience in software development project delivery

3+ years managing complex software projects

Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid methodologies, particularly Waterfall or Agile-Waterfall environments

Proven track record delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget

Banking or financial services project experience is highly desirable

Ability to manage multiple priorities and two projects simultaneously

Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills

Transparent, proactive, and solutions-oriented leadership style

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications

Willingness to travel up to 25% annually for project requirements, subject to applicable travel restrictions.
