Your Role, Your Impact

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of all project phases, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages contractors and consultants, and drives coordination among stakeholders to achieve timely turnover of residential, parking, and common areas. The Senior Project Manager exercises full decision-making authority over project execution strategies, budget adherence, and risk management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution and completion of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation in accordance with as-built plans and contractual obligations.
• Direct and manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Approve and validate progress reports, scope changes, and cost control measures.
• Provide comprehensive project status reports to senior management.
• Enforce adherence to safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols.
• Recommend process improvements based on lessons learned.
• Perform additional leadership functions or special assignments as directed by top management.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional License (e.g., Civil Engineer, Architect) is required.
• Postgraduate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
