Job Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire Your Team
Manage & Coach: Lead two market clusters, providing clear direction and regular feedback to your team of DDMs.
People First: Create a supportive environment through 1:1 coaching, structured routines, and talent development.
Strategic Planning: Identify training needs and work with fellow senior managers to ensure the team has the right resources for every project.
Drive Project Excellence
Key Representative: Act as the lead voice for the design team in high-level market meetings and complex regional projects.
Hands-on Execution: Maintain project management responsibilities for your specific market while overseeing the wider cluster.
Problem Solver: Serve as the main point of contact for resolving design or production issues quickly.
Process Innovation: Use and improve digital tools (like SAP and WebCenter) to make our workflows faster and smarter.
Protect the Brand
Brand Expert: Become the go-to authority for your assigned brands, ensuring every piece of artwork meets global and local standards.
Compliance: Review and approve artworks via KOArt, balancing local market needs with brand integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the TCCC Design team and Production Centres to adapt templates and manage brand exceptions.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Reports to: Regional Account Director.
Your Partners: You will work daily with the Client's Design Team, local Business Units, and our Production Centres.
