How You'll Make An Impact
- Serve as the primary project lead for bank partners in the Philippines, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal capabilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for client implementations and internal initiatives, from planning to execution and post-go-live support
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements, functional and technical specifications, and architecture diagrams
- Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with product and development teams to influence solution design and roadmap planning
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through strategic initiatives and feedback loops
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues and escalations post-implementation
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with experience in the payments industry
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and technical solution delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English
