Your Role
As a
Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects across multiple business units.
- Define project scope, milestones, budgets, and resource needs while maintaining active RAID logs and risk registers.
- Establish structured project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and standardized templates for the Manila site.
- Create and update comprehensive project plans, schedules, status reports, and executive visibility dashboards.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and senior stakeholder alignment reviews.
- Manage cross-functional project teams across HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, Learning & Development, and Client Services.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance checks, and formal sign-off processes for all project deliverables.
- Maintain a centralized portfolio view of active initiatives to optimize prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and AI-driven workflow improvements.
- Prepare and present business cases, recommendations, and performance metrics directly to senior leadership.
- Mentor team members on project management best practices to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven history of managing complex, cross-functional projects within a BPO, shared services, or outsourcing environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or Asana.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting directly to onshore leadership and executive teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and balance competing business priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master.
- Experience establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) and building governance frameworks from scratch.
- Strong background in organizational change management and project adoption methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Power Automate.
- Advanced business process improvement expertise, including Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy standards, and risk management considerations in a corporate setting.
