Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Core Banking Transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country, multi-vendor teams across Philippines, India & Singapore

• Own end-to-end project delivery, planning, governance & execution

• Manage project scope, budget, resources, effort and timelines

• Drive executive stakeholder management, governance & escalations

• Coordinate Core Banking, Payments, Trade Finance & Lending workstreams

• Manage risks, dependencies, change control and phase-gate reviews

• Support implementation, migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities

Must Have

• 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Large-scale Core Banking implementation/transformation experience
• End-to-end delivery experience from Pre-Study → Approval → Implementation
• Banking domain knowledge: Trade Finance, Lending, CASA & Payments
• Multi-vendor & multi-country delivery experience
• Strong budget, resource & person-month/effort management
• Experience with platforms such as FLEXCUBE, ACBS, Trade 360, Murex, Finastra GPP or similar
• Strong executive communication & stakeholder management
• PMP / PRINCE2 is preferred
