The Senior Project Manager will be tasked to manage, oversee and ensure proper orchestration is done for their designated projects to complete in-scope, on-budget and on-time. This position operates within the frameworks of established PMO policies and collaborates with various organizational levels to uphold project management standards and practices. Additionally, this role will entail managing mission critical projects while also having a direct interface with Senior Management to update them on the progress of the projects.

Minimum Job Requirements
Professional Background and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
At least 8+ years in project management. Experience within the technology or data center industry is a plus.
Professional Qualifications & Training
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certifications are preferred, reflecting specialized education in project management disciplines.

Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks associated with complex projects.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and engage various levels of the organization.

cross-functional teams and proactively managing potential project risks.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent communication and collaboration through facilitated meetings and formal updates.
Stakeholder satisfaction and project transparency.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, including conducting regular project audits to maintain high quality of delivery.
