Position Summary
- PEZA & Compliance Management: This senior management role is responsible for end-to-end oversight of Philippine local operational governance, PEZA regulatory affairs, equipment Farm In/Farm Out management, and internal & external compliance audits. The incumbent will lead the local team, deliver all regulatory and operational projects on schedule, maintain positive and compliant relationships with Philippine government authorities, and ensure the company's local operations fully comply with national regulatory policies and corporate internal management systems.
- Project Management: This role is responsible in the successful completion of full project life cycles from initiation to closure. This role will also require consistent liaison and collaboration with multiple project stakeholders to meet all delivery target and requirement.
- This role better with BPO management experience size larger than 500+. Need to have rich management skills and business skills, with strong leadership.
Requirements
1. Qualification & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant working experience, with at least 3-5 years of senior management experience in Philippine local operation, PEZA regulatory management or factory compliance fields; candidates with mature PEZA affairs handling and Farm In/Farm Out equipment management experience are highly preferred.
- Proven successful track record of independently delivering regulatory compliance projects, audit rectification projects and operational optimization projects in Philippine industrial or economic zone enterprises.
2. Professional Capabilities
- In-depth and systematic understanding of PEZA policies, Philippine economic zone operation rules, local government supervision requirements and enterprise compliance management systems.
- Fully proficient in equipment Farm In/Farm Out business processes, risk control points and standard management modes, capable of independently solving complex operational and regulatory problems.
- Familiar with government audit and enterprise internal compliance audit workflows, with rich experience in audit response, problem rectification and closed-loop management.
- Strong project management capabilities, able to independently plan, promote, control and close complex cross-functional projects.

- Solid team management experience, good at team building, talent cultivation and daily work management, able to drive team performance and operational efficiency improvement.
- Excellent government public relations and cross-department communication & coordination skills, able to maintain stable and good cooperative relations with regulatory authorities and internal teams.

- Fluent in oral and written English, proficient in Office and project management tools.
Responsibilities
1. PEZA Regulatory Affairs & Government Liaison
- Take full charge of all PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) related daily operations, policy implementation, problem-solving, and annual regulatory filings.
- Proactively communicate and liaise with PEZA and other relevant Philippine government departments, handle policy consultation, approval application, routine inspection coordination, and resolve all PEZA-related operational exceptions and risks in a timely manner.
- Track updates of Philippine economic zone policies, sort out policy adjustment impacts, and formulate corresponding internal optimization plans to ensure continuous compliance of company operations with PEZA regulations.
2. Equipment Farm In / Farm Out Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of equipment Farm In and Farm Out businesses, including scheme formulation, process approval, on-site implementation, data verification, record filing, and closing confirmation.
- Solve key difficulties and abnormal problems in equipment cross-farm deployment, handover, inventory verification, and regulatory matching, ensuring standardized, traceable and compliant equipment asset management.
- Optimize Farm In/Farm Out operation processes, establish standardized management mechanisms, reduce operational and compliance risks, and improve asset utilization and management efficiency.
3. Compliance & Audit Management
- Fully responsible for responding to all government regulatory audits and company internal compliance audits in the Philippines, including audit preparation, on-site coordination, data provision, problem rectification, closing verification and report submission.
- Sort out and optimize local compliance management systems and operational SOPs, conduct regular internal compliance risk inspections, identify potential risks in advance, and implement preventive and rectification measures.
- Ensure all local business behaviors, asset management, and regulatory filings comply with Philippine local laws, PEZA rules and corporate global compliance requirements.
4. Project Delivery & Team Management
- Lead and deliver various local operational optimization, regulatory rectification, asset management and compliance improvement projects independently, control project progress, quality and risks, and ensure 100% on-time and effective delivery.
- Build and manage the local operation and compliance team, formulate team work plans, conduct daily work supervision, performance assessment, skill training and team capability building.
- Coordinate cross-department resources locally and globally, promote efficient collaboration of business, finance, administration and technical teams, and guarantee stable and orderly operation of daily work.
