Senior Project Management Executive

Responsible for day to day management of multiple studies and will actively and directly manage all aspects of each project (set-up to closure) to ensure successful project completion, on–time and within budget while meeting and exceeding client expectations. PM can act as primary liaison for all Ipsos Inc. subcontracted/outsourced projects.

Responsibilities

1.     Hold kick-off meetings at the start of a project to provide clarity to all key project stakeholders on project and strategic objectives, specific tasks and their owners, communication responsibilities, key milestones & dates.

2.     Ensure proper documentation is completed for ISO compliance

3.     Monitors progress of small, large scaled, regional or continuous studies to ensure standards, requirements and deadlines are met

4.     Handles costing related requests from WSBL + Observer teams

5.     Develop appropriate field documentations- project specs, briefing guides etc.

6.     Proactively identifies potential and existing issues and partners up with RSH and Internal Operations to address these issues or make recommendations to improve performance on all research studies.

7.     Assist RSH and OPS teams beyond the scope of this job description as needed

8.     Ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• minimum 2 years experience in market research industry (as researcher is a plus)
• minimum 2 years experience in project management
• intermediate skill in excel
• good written and oral communication skills (English)
• good time management skills
