Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager – Project & Customer Service

We are looking for an experienced Project / Customer Service professional to join a real estate organisation in Singapore.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage customer service matters and feedback from subsidiary proprietors and MCST

• Monitor defects rectification and ensure timely completion

• Liaise with contractors and consultants on design, defects and rectification matters

• Manage MCST matters leading up to the First Annual General Meeting (AGM)

• Ensure authorities requirements for the estate are complied with

• Coordinate the handover to the incoming Management Council

• Address and resolve MCST claims and related matters

What we're looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Real Estate Management or related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with sound judgement
• Familiarity with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)
