We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Capex and maintenance projects.
This role is ideal for someone with contractor-side experience in pipeline, civil works, or water infrastructure construction who can manage field teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of pipeline and civil works projects for Maynilad
- Manage daily coordination with foremen, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely completion of capex and maintenance works
- Coordinate with engineers and inspectors for site activities and approvals
- Manage project documentation, billing preparation, and accomplishment reports
- Support preparation of cost estimates, bids, and project planning
- Troubleshoot site issues and ensure projects stay on schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5–15 years experience in construction project management
- Experience in pipeline works, water infrastructure, or civil works projects
- Strong ability to manage site teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with contractor-side operations and project execution
- Experience working with Maynilad, Manila Water, or other utilities is a plus
