Job Description
This is a *client-facing* role requiring excellent communication skills, technical leadership, and hands-on implementation experience. You will serve as the *lead technical advisor* for a major upgrade project and work directly with *US-based clients*, internal stakeholders, and project teams.
- Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead technical delivery of Windows 11, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot upgrade projects.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for *US clients*.
- Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
- Own implementation and configuration tasks across customer environments.
- Provide guidance and best practices for modern device management and identity solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Required Skills & Experience:*
- *05+ years* of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven expertise in *Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, and **Windows 11 migration*.
- Strong understanding of *modern workplace* and *zero trust architecture*.
- Experience working with *Managed Service Providers (MSPs)* *preferred*.
- Prior experience working with *US-based clients* *required*.
- *Excellent communication skills* must be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications:*
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104).
- Experience working in a consulting or MSP environment.
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and automation tools.
