Core Purpose:
To plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Project Management & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
- Manage end-to-end project delivery and secure stakeholder sign-off.
- Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress and provide regular detailed reports.
Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of supervisors, engineers, and workers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external parties (clients, consultants, subcontractors).
- Provide technical guidance and ensure work meets client specifications.
Execution & Compliance:
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee various building works (Civil, Structural, Architectural, A&A, etc.).
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (BCA-recognized).
- Skills: Excellent leadership & communication analytical proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Experience: In building construction marine sector experience favorable. Quantity surveying knowledge a plus.
