Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, authorities, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project communication and issue resolution.
Identify potential project risks, engineering bottlenecks, or safety hazards, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure all engineering activities adhere to local regulatory standards, building codes, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in project engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
Strong track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects from inception to handover.
Deep understanding of local engineering standards, building codes, and workplace safety regulations.
