I. JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of a strategic customer portfolio covering IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Networking, and Cybersecurity projects.
This role will act as the single point of program leadership for one of the company's key customers, overseeing multiple concurrent projects delivered by Project Managers assigned from the PMG resource pool. The successful candidate will ensure strong governance, proactive stakeholder management, predictable project delivery, and alignment between customer objectives and business outcomes. The role requires a balance of executive engagement, delivery leadership, commercial awareness, and people management.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the overall program strategy, governance, and delivery performance for a strategic customer account.
- Lead and coordinate multiple project streams across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and systems integration engagements.
- Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers assigned to the customer portfolio.
- Establish and maintain program-level roadmaps, milestone plans, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and project delivery concerns.
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Presales, Operations, Engineering, and PMG teams to support successful project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Monitor program financial performance, project profitability, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- Conduct regular governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive-level reporting sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience handling Strategic Customer Programs: Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity.
- 5 years experience in managing enterprise projects
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong background in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or managed services environments.
- Experience overseeing project financials, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Experience managing large enterprise or public sector customer programs is an advantage.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification (preferred).
- Cisco, Microsoft, Cloud, or Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
