Project Management Senior Program Manager
Position overview:
The Senior Program Manager reports to the WFM Director within the Global WFM Transformation team. In this role, you will partner with global internal stakeholders and target organization teams to lead the execution and integration of key WFM transformation initiatives. This includes driving large-scale projects, implementing automation solutions, and delivering against defined operational and financial targets to generate tangible business outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking, structured program facilitation, and the ability to navigate complex transformation environments. You will play a key role in aligning cross-functional teams, ensuring disciplined execution of transformation programs, and fostering a positive experience for both employees and the target organizations throughout the change journey.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the WFM Director, this role is responsible for shaping and executing global WFM transformation initiatives, from initial assessment through to delivery and value realization. You will evaluate current-state processes, tools, and operating models to define scalable, standardized future-state solutions aligned with global best practices. In close partnership with functional leaders, you will build and drive transformation roadmaps that include automation, process optimization, and technology enablement, ensuring alignment to operational and financial targets. You will lead the end-to-end execution of multiple initiatives, ensuring disciplined program governance, timely delivery, and measurable impact. This role also requires strong coordination of change management activities, enabling adoption of new tools and processes while ensuring a consistent and positive experience across teams and regions.
Core competencies:
Ability to work effectively with various levels of senior management, cross functional teams and working level team members
Strong experience in leading large-scale, global transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact
Deep expertise in process assessment, standardization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on scalable global operating models
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong bias for action
Proven capability to define and articulate a clear transformation vision, translating complex opportunities into structured roadmaps and actionable plans
Proven track record of success leading on time, on budget large scale global projects ideally transformational projects
Experience building project plans, reporting status fit for senior leadership consumption with strong presentation skills
Ability to gain trust, critically think, perform analysis and facilitate with broad groups to gather business requirements while using problem solving and strong communication skills to influence forming strategic direction

Studies & Experience:
University Degree preferably in business or information technology
PMP designation and previous experience managing projects is an asset
Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing cross-functional activities or projects - Mandatory
