Job Summary

The Sr. Program Manager owns planning and monitoring for major enterprise applications initiatives, maintains a consolidated view of commitments, and ensures clear and consistent reporting into the Enterprise PMO. The role operates at a program level, working across enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to de-risk delivery and keep senior leadership informed.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Technology Project and Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end program management of Enterprise Applications initiatives, including multi-team, cross-product, cross-infrastructure, business-critical, regulatory, and high-risk programs.
  • Manage Enterprise Application projects, including Workday and Salesforce initiatives, to deliver successful outcomes that meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive delivery governance, ensuring realistic plans, early escalation of risks, and clear trade-off options for product and technology leaders.
  • Monitor progress across a complex technology program
  • Protect client and regulatory commitments by providing proactive oversight.

Change Management & Reporting

  • Act as the single view of commitments for leadership, providing consolidated status, RAG health, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Deliver structured program updates to the Enterprise PMO, following established standards, templates, cadence, and enterprise tools (e.g., i-Nexus).
  • Build portfolio reporting and program dashboards using inputs from Enterprise Applications Operations, PMO standards, and available data sources.
  • Monitor aggregate delivery metrics, enterprise commitments, and cross-team flow indicators to identify risks early.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and actionable insight to the team and Enterprise PMO.
  • Apply change management principles to major program initiatives, focusing on adoption, readiness, and cross-team alignment.
  • Support technology and product leaders in understanding dependencies, impacts of roadmap changes, and organizational readiness

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate cross-team coordination to resolve dependencies and blockers.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate functional owners while maintaining initiative-level perspective.
  • Facilitate trade-off discussions between business stakeholders and technology owners.
  • Validate that plans are realistic and that delivery risks are surfaced early.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand trade-off options around scope, resourcing, and timelines.

Teamwork & Collaboration (Standard)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Licenses/Certification: PMP, or equivalent required
  • 5+ years in technology project management experience.
  • 10+ years in technology program management, portfolio management, or digital transformation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience driving complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
  • Strong background in enterprise system implementations, infrastructure coordination, cross-product dependencies, or platform engineering.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong capability in risk management, dependency mapping, and cross-functional steering.
  • Proven experience with Agile product organizations and the interfaces between product, engineering, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level strategic initiatives with budgets exceeding $100K
  • Experience working within PMO frameworks, standards, and reporting cycles.
