Location:** Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines
Work Setup:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Schedule:** Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary:** Up to ₱150,000 per month
Experience:** Minimum 7 years of relevant program management experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead initiatives focused on development impact, program implementation, operational analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, management, operational departments, and external stakeholders to strengthen monitoring systems, support project implementation, coordinate analytical research, and promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management and Systems Development:** Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of information systems supporting development impact frameworks, implementation monitoring, and performance tracking.

Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training on evaluation methodologies, data collection systems, evidence utilization, and adaptive management.

Operations Support and Advisory: Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout project design, implementation, monitoring, and self-evaluation.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate diagnostic studies, research initiatives, and strategic planning activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Operational Analytics and Research: Conduct impact assessments, rapid evaluations, and analytical research to support organizational learning and improve project outcomes.

Knowledge Management Translate evaluation findings into reports, briefings, and knowledge products that inform project design and implementation.

Evidence Platform Development: Coordinate internal clearances and implementation requirements for a centralized platform that improves access to evidence for project planning and decision-making.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project quality, monitoring processes, and evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant program management experience.
* Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, or strategic coordination is an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week in Ortigas, Pasig.
* Availability to start within 30 days is preferred.
