Senior Production Engineer - Plastic Injection

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5 day work week (onsite)

As a Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring the production operations of Plastic Injection process.

Other responsibilities include:

• Identify mold issues and recommend improvements in mold design
• Optimize injection parameters to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality
• Troubleshoot injection molding issues and develop preventive solutions
• Monitor the productivity and efficiency of machines and operators
• Train, mentor, and support Production Engineers

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Production processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding and its processes.
• Experience in PVC injection molding is an advantage.
• Background in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan.
