Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for product optimization and establish requirements based on user insights and data analysis. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth end-to-end product delivery. Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, including user communication and promotional activities. Plan and implement campaigns to enhance user engagement and activity. Create and execute growth strategies aimed at improving core product metrics. Track, analyze, and provide actionable insights from core product metrics for optimization. Oversee daily operations, including content governance and user experience monitoring, while coordinating with various cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations or a related field relevant experience in the crypto/Web3 industry is essential, with a strong advantage for trading product expertise. Proficient in data analysis with practical experience in analytics tools (knowledge of SQL is a plus). Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, adept at managing projects in a fast-paced settings. Proven capability to independently devise and execute growth initiatives. Experience with social or content platforms is advantageous.
