The
Senior Product Marketing Officer supports the delivery of Acquisition and Existing Client Marketing (ECM) campaigns across various products and business groups, leveraging customer segmentation, insights, and data to maximize impact. It drives strategic marketing and digital experience initiatives, identifies opportunities for testing and optimization, and ensures effective execution through strong cross-functional collaboration.
The role also leads the development of communication strategies and creatives, manages agency partners, and stays abreast of emerging marketing trends. A strong focus on governance, risk management, and compliance is required to safeguard the organization while delivering campaigns that achieve business objectives such as sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Deliver and support Acquisition and Existing Client Marketing (ECM) campaigns for various products and services across business groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Define target audience segments to maximize the impact and effectiveness of ECM initiatives.
- Drive strategic marketing and digital experience initiatives, identifying opportunities to test, optimize, and scale successful campaigns.
- Collaborate with allied teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives and adherence to best practices.
- Manage third-party creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing programs.
- Stay informed on emerging marketing tools, trends, and techniques relevant to the business, evaluating and testing them as appropriate.
- Lead the development of communication strategies, positioning, and best-in-class creatives, ensuring effective implementation of ECM strategies for assigned products.
- Assess and manage business risks with consideration for the firm's reputation, client protection, and asset safety; drive compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, applying sound ethical judgment and escalating control issues when necessary.
- Supervise team activities and create accountability to ensure adherence to standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- MBA or relevant certifications (Digital Marketing, Brand, Analytics) is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing (Brand or Product Management) or Advertising Agency
- Knowledge of digital marketing and creative development processes
- Strong skills in campaign ideation and execution
- Good project management and ability to deliver on time
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving marketing results
- Team player with strong ownership, initiative, and adaptability
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and Adobe tools
