Job Summary

Responsible for leading and executing cross-selling strategies and initiatives that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth. Ensures alignment of cross-selling programs with business objectives, fosters collaboration across business units, and enhances the customer experience through effective campaign planning, implementation, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Selling Strategy & Implementation

a. Directs and oversees cross-selling strategies and initiatives for all products under the section.

b. Analyzes the success of cross-selling campaigns and adjusts strategies as necessary.

2. Collaboration & Coordination

a. Collaborates with various product teams to understand and develop cross-selling opportunities.

b. Coordinates with relevant groups for the creation, review, and implementation of processes and products for remittance.

3. Compliance & Organizational Alignment

a. Ensures initiatives are customer-centric, compliant with regulations, and aligned with bank objectives.

b. Coordinates product launches to ensure alignment with BDO Remit objectives.

4. Team Leadership

a. Leads and guides the product coordination team under the section.

b. Fosters collaboration between product business units and BDO Remit's business development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry, with a strong background in product marketing, business development, cross-selling, customer growth, or sales.
• Solid understanding of banking products, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and cross-selling principles.
• Must be amenable to work onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.
