Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of go-to-market plans for new B2B/client product launches and product enhancements.
- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and naming conventions.
- Create targeted marketing materials for specific products and product families.
- Assess and interpret stakeholder needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify innovative marketing solutions for non-standard requests and challenges.
- Work independently with minimal guidance, seeking support only for the most complex tasks.
- Serve as a product marketing expert and resource for specified product families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a matrixed organization.
- 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience.
- 5+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
