About The Job
The primary responsibility is to Lead strategic innovation and growth initiatives across value-added services with a focus on long-term product vision, cross-functional leadership, and team development. Responsible for driving product excellence, managing product specialists and cultivating high-impact partnerships to deliver differentiated customer value.
What You'll Do
Product Management and Leadership
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for commodity protection products for both bundled and standalone, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation across offerings.
- Lead cross-functional ideation and prioritization of new product concepts and enhancements.
- Manage and mentor product specialists with goal of achieving overall product strategy
Partner Management
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with insurance providers and VAS partners.
- Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual value creation.
- Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives and product pilots
- Ensure data and reporting are accurate for business decisions such as claims, enrollments, premiums and the likes
- Conduct strategic business reviews to assess product and partner performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for complex product-related issues and strategic decisions.
Project Implementation
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic product launches and enhancements on time and within scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Monitor pilot programs and full rollouts, gathering feedback and optimizing performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
What You Need To Have
- At least 8 years of experience in product/business development (preferably 5 years as managerial role)
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
- High analytical skills; ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
- Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
- Fluent English spoken and written (our company language)
