Senior Product Manager (Traditional BANK Loans)

PJLI is seeking a Head of Product Management for Loans to lead the strategic direction and end-to-end management of the Bank's loan portfolio — spanning business loans, teachers salary loans, personal loans, microloans, and corporate lending — from ideation and business case development through Board presentation, launch, and post-launch performance. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in retail and corporate lending, credit risk management, and credit operations, along with a proven track record of leading product teams and driving commercial growth and innovation in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products
• Internalize and represent the customers voice throughout the product lifecycle
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
• 8-10 years experience in product management
