Job Description:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Define product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Identify customer needs and new application opportunities
- Translate market insights into product specifications
- Support key accounts with technical and commercial solutions
Product Development
- Lead cross-functional teams in new product development (NPD)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost, and meet quality standards
- Coordinate product testing and validation with customers
Sales & Commercial Support
- Provide product training, technical documentation, and sales tools
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin improvement
- Assist in product launches and go-to-market execution
Operational & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Operations to ensure manufacturability and supply continuity
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Serve as the interface between commercial and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Commerce, Packaging, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- 5-8 years of experience in product management or technical marketing
- Experience in pressure-sensitive adhesive labels, label printing, packaging materials, or related industries
- Proven track record in new product development and lifecycle management
