Senior Product Manager

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, specifically with enterprise datacenter products, along with a total of 12+ years of overall work experience.
• Must have a strong familiarity with the infrastructure ecosystem, including enterprise storage and virtualised environments like VMware ESXi, VMware VCF, KVM, AWS EC2, or Azure.
• Have a proven track record of managing and delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on detail and aligning them to improve customer operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, prioritization, and conflict management.
• Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated focus on outcomes and delivery rather than outputs.
• Empathy and understanding towards engineers and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
