You will be working with some of the best Engineers, Applied Scientists and Designers in the world to deliver best-in-class experiences for our users.

Responsibilities
- Set product direction: Develop a customer-backed vision, strategy, and roadmap for priority Outlook scenarios across mail, calendar, people, search, and organization; translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product bets and measurable outcomes.
- Lead AI-first experiences: Define Copilot and agentic workflows that help customers triage communication, draft and understand messages, prepare for meetings, manage schedules, and follow through on commitments while meeting responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Understand customers deeply: Combine qualitative research, market and competitive insights, support signals, experimentation, and product telemetry to identify unmet needs across consumer, small-business, and enterprise communication and time-management scenarios.
- Drive end-to-end execution: Write crisp product requirements, define success metrics, manage trade-offs, and partner with design, engineering, data science, research, marketing, and go-to-market teams from concept through general availability.
- Deliver quality at scale: Champion reliability, performance, accessibility, localization, and platform consistency across Outlook for Windows, Mac, web, iOS, and Android.
- Experiment and learn: Establish hypotheses, design experiments, analyze results, and use evidence to improve activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction across Outlook experiences.
- Influence across boundaries: Build alignment across Outlook, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Copilot, identity, platform, and partner teams; communicate decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress clearly to senior leaders.
- Represent the customer: Engage with enterprise administrators, information workers, frontline workers, small businesses, consumers, and developers to validate direction and build durable feedback loops.
- Raise the product craft: Model inclusive leadership, sound judgment, growth mindset, and rigorous product practices; mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and delivering customer-facing communication, productivity, or collaboration software through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to define metrics, interpret product data, and make decisions under uncertainty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical and customer topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience building AI-powered email, calendar, productivity, collaboration, search, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Understanding of large language models, retrieval, agents, evaluation methods, prompt and interaction design, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience shipping products across desktop, web, and mobile, including work on synchronization, offline experiences, performance, reliability, accessibility, and localization.
- Track record of using experimentation and telemetry to improve activation, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, or commercial outcomes.
- Experience serving enterprise customers and navigating email and calendar administration, security, privacy, compliance, data residency, and organizational change requirements.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization and lead through ambiguity and change.
- MBA with a focus on system development.
