About the Role

Dentira's Lab Platform connects clinics, intraoral scanners, and dental labs, streamlining case creation and management end-to-end. As Senior Product Manager for the Labs team, you will own the product experience for scaling this platform, driving adoption across clinics and building deep, reliable integrations with the Lab Management Systems (LMS) that dental labs run on. You'll define the strategy and roadmap for one of our fastest-growing product areas, partnering with Engineering, Design, Account Management, and Operations across our global markets.

This is an individual-contributor role, ideal for someone who's energized by platform and integration problems, comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end, and motivated by building tools that connect previously disconnected workflows for clinics and labs alike.

What You'll need to do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for scaling the Lab Platform across clinics and dental labs, translating market and user needs into a prioritized plan.
• Lead your product area's full lifecycle — from opportunity discovery and PRDs through launch, GTM, and post-launch iteration.
• Own the strategy for integrating with third-party Lab Management Systems (LMS) and other lab/clinic software, partnering closely with Engineering to build integrations that are reliable and scalable.
• Be customer obsessed. Be the voice of the clinic and lab internally: bring behavioral data, usability research, and direct feedback from both sides of the workflow into every major product decision.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams - Account Management, Operations, Design, and Engineering to ship tools that are intuitive, scalable, and reliable for clinics and labs alike.
• Define clear goals and KPIs for Lab Platform adoption and usage; build hypotheses, run experiments, and measure impact rigorously.
• Maintain clear, consistent product documentation (PRDs, prototypes, release notes) so stakeholders always know what's shipping and why.
• Represent your roadmap and results in executive reviews and cross-functional forums.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
• 4+ years of product management experience, including shipping both 0-to-1 and scaled products, with a track record of taking a product from early traction to broad adoption.
• Customer obsession. Understand key clinic and lab pain points based on data, usability sessions, and effective user research.
• Strong data fluency. Comfortable pulling and interpreting data independently to inform and defend product decisions.
• Execution rigor. Experience owning the full product lifecycle — vision → roadmap → launch → GTM.
• Experience working cross-functionally (Engineering, Design, Program Management, Finance, Marketing) in a global, decentralized organization.
• High ownership and a bias for action. You'll do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful.
• Structured thinking. Ability to bring structure to a high-complexity, high-ambiguity setup.
• Influence without authority. Ability to inspire and rally a cross-functional team around a clear vision, strategy, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• High EQ and a track record of building trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., clinics, labs, partners).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for two-sided or multi-party ecosystems (e.g., connecting distinct user groups like clinics and labs).
• Experience with system integrations or APIs, especially with third-party practice management, lab management, or scanner/imaging software.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working across global teams in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and India.
• Comfortable building with AI and agentic product patterns
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated long-term thinking around strategic and business-focused goals.
