Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative, AI-enabled product features and capabilities. The successful candidate will own one or more product areas, drive product vision and roadmap planning, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs and business objectives.

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive product initiatives from concept through launch and post-release optimization.

• Gather, evaluate, and deeply understand customer use cases, needs, and pain points.
• Define and deliver innovative, AI-enabled product features that create exceptional customer value.
• Own product development plans and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize customer issues, product enhancements, and defects using data-driven decision-making.
• Lead product demonstrations and presentations for key stakeholders at major project milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and key success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from planning and development to release and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and contribute to talent development and recruitment initiatives.
  
  

• Significant experience in Product Management, from product conceptualization through post-release management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and product plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and coaching experience.
  
  

• Experience delivering AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with product analytics, customer research, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
