We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with exceptional communication and influence skills to help revolutionize the marketing ecosystem through our platform. You'll collaborate with a strong technical team that has already built impressive technology, with a primary focus on driving adoption, building internal advocacy, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs.

What You'll Do
. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and secure buy-in. . Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives that demonstrate business value. . Create and deliver presentations, demos, and training materials to drive adoption.
. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions address real business needs. . Act as the voice of the customer in the product development process. . Identify and remove adoption barriers through effective communication and relationship- building. . Develop strategies to highlight product successes and adoption stories.
Required Experience
. 4+ years in product management with a proven track record of delivering impactful products (experience in internal tools is a plus). . Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives. . Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. . Experience working with AI tools and understanding their business applications and limitations. . Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. . Proven ability to convert user needs into product requirements and technical specifications. . Ability to collaborate synchronously with global teams during core hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time).
Nice to Have
. Experience in marketing technology or advertising platforms. . Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics. . Basic technical literacy with query or programming languages (e.g., SQL).
